INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
1.25 Cups Maida
1/4 Cup Cornstarch/ Arrowroot
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Powdered Sugar (you can add 1/4 Cup More )
1/2 Cup Curd
1/4 Cup Refined Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essense
Butter as Needed
1 tsp ENO - Jak na to + styl

काश लोगो को पहले eggless cake पहले बनाने आते वैसे 10,20 साल से बना रहे है लोग,eggless cake भी,पर कुछ लोगो को ही आता था लोग share नही कर पाते थे कि कैसे बनता है और अब लोगो के पास फुर्सत नही कि एक घण्टा बनाने में समय गैस सामान भी लगाए,और फिर वो test नही आए तो घर के लोगो के उपदेश भी सुनो

2 things I did different - Halved the proportions. Used OTG (180° C before, after); 35 +15 mins is what it took me.
Not the perfect bakery finish but it was spongy.
Did not rise as exp - Only bout 1/2 inch. Any advice?
Also, the center developed a gorge. Could live with it but any tips there?
