As for other clips from previous seasons, I wanted the quality to be somewhat higher than those. So for time and quality purposes, I left them out. @@self-righteousideologue9398 halo 2 was awesome but for me halo 3 was the peak. The battle rifle and sniper are the best in the series, the maps are great if a little repetitive, and the community was absolutely insane in its prime.
I like pistola because even though he is so good individually, he understands how important teamwork is, unlike some other main slayers.
Yeah, 1.92 KD playing 100% MLG at a 50 true skill 1.92 is amazing.

@PlexnProductions Yeah, his team name is on his shirt. I'd probably show off my team name too if I had just won 3 tournaments in a row (including National Championships). Final Boss was the only dynasty team ever in Halo 3 MLG. Mad props to those guys.
definitely my favourite pro. you can argue who's the best.. pistola, roy, etc. but he's definitely the most well rounded player and the greatest thing about his gameplay is his decision-making. he just always knows what to do and how to juke out the other players.

honestly, i think that had to do with the LAN network accessibility on SK's part. Selfish as fuck because he dropped the best H3 player during that time for Mr & Mrs P son so he could have unlimited access to their resource.

If not even just for the game... I don't know about you, but I feel a bigger connection to who's playing than the game... Watching Walshy, Neighbor, Gandhi, the Ogre twins, Pistola, (Puckett's commentating) and all the others has made MLG and MLG Halo what it is...

@isambo400 What's great about Pistola is that he is an All-in-one player in my opinion. He's a combination of Naded (gamer-changer), Walshy (leader), and a Snip3down (sniper/slayer).

I find it funny that neighbor left Str8 Rippin in 08 in an attempt to be a Final Boss superstar and bring back the Final Boss name to Halo 3
And in the end, it was Pistola that did it in the final year of Halo 3

Lord how i miss Halo 3
Used to play Sniper/Br against pistola and Ogre2 as a warm up on guardian FFA and I don’t think I ever managed to get more than 5 wins the whole year we played. FB and STR8 RIPPIN were absolutely loaded with some monster players.

@VampireGaming i find that the mainstage aspect of the montage makes it good, you should do more mainstage montages of maybe some other players=).
@V1PER7964 they have taken bloom and sprint out of MLG now, and added beaver creek from H2 and penance from Halo CE, hope you will support the upcoming event the 23-25 march, really means alot to the halo community that have stood by halo even after reach came out..

Bottom line: Reach is a new game that many players don't feel comfortable playing because there are new tactics and techniques to learn.
Personally, I like both Halo 3 and Halo Reach.

halo 3 was a strategy game that depended on teamwork and actually required skill to four-shot someone. Halo reach is just like COD because there is very little teamwork involved (except in arena) and the amount of points you earn after the game depends on how many kills you get, not if you win or lose. I hope Halo 4 will be like halo 3, a true video game for real gamers with skill.

Why all here give you thumbs down? For give an opinion? This is internet, and you never insult to the MLG or any player. Obvioully Reach make a big change, for good or not, the same happen with Halo 3 after Halo 2. People follow MLG and another no more, that´s this. I really preffer Halo 3 MLG, and even Halo 2 MLG (because i follow MLG since Halo 3, but Halo 2 was amazing). Come on people, nobody can give an opinion? Peace.

@MrSwooshie But what does make him number one is his consistency. Throughout Halo, 3, I never saw Pistola take a step down or a step back. (For example, Heinz, all of Str8, Walshy, etc.) He is always either learning from his mistakes or making the best decisions on how to take advantage over his opponent's mistakes.
You could say that with the BR in halo 3, except in halo 3 your shots would land but deal no damage. In Reach if you go in theater and see your shots hit, they always deal damage. Unless you get a bloodshot which is because of the frame refresh on your television...If you had host and equal skill to your opponent you would win a BR battle every time. In all reality, online gaming comes down to how good, or bad your connection is.

what are stats when your team earns the most in tournament winnings and sponsorship? he stats well against the best competition and doing object work to make tons of money while others camp in swat for free...

@iImpROBable Considering the size/popularity of SC2. There's no possible way that Halo (or any shooter) could be the flagship of MLG again. You have a game like CoD that is across all platforms and PC, has a bigger base of players than SC2, but its competitive community is just small in comparison.
