SMOOTHIE RECIPE
🍒Smoothie
loose mixed green (fill the mixer until the top lose) baby green mix from Costco
about 6 or 7 banana
1 tbsp. hemp seed
2 glass of water
1 glass of coconut water
2 tbsp. collagen (optional)
🌿ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 and a half cup water
1/2 tsp dish soap
10 drops of jasmine or lemon oil
For fall vibes change the essential oils to :
3 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
3 drops of pumpkin spice essential oil
3 honey apple essential oil
🌿GLASS CLEANER
50% water + 50% vinegar
or
50% water + 50% rubbing alcohol
Fermented veggies you can use any vegetables the more kind is the better but you have to use cabbage.
Thin slices carrots , reddish, cauliflower, cabbage
Thick slices cucumber, zucchini, pepper
spices : garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, salt
Ferment it at least 4 hours or overnight. Put them into jars very tightly and cover it with the juice that comes out of the mix, Keep it in the fridge up to 6 months.
Marble breakfast cake
6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have)
1tbsp vanilla flavor
1/4 cup maple syrup
2tbsp ghee
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour
1 tsp baking soda
First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.
Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

Food is making me hungry…it looks delicious
Hello Noemi, I got really hungry watching you make all that food in your video. Everything looked delicious. My daughter loves lentil soup. I make mine very different than yours. I’ll have to try your way and see if she likes it. This video was very motivating. I’m done with all my canning for the season and my kitchen needs a good deep cleaning now. I love how you decorate with natural things, you’ve got me doing the same thing now. I never used to decorate much because I didn’t like “buying” decorations. You’ve taught me to use what’s already naturally around me, I bring more of the outdoors inside now. It’s less to store and less ends up in a landfill and it doesn’t cost me anything. You’ve inspired me to be more creative in so many ways. I got a little emotional today watching the ending of your video as you and your family gathered to play board games before bed. We do this every single night before bed too, but this year both of my sons are away at University and now it’s just me, my husband and my little girl playing together. We miss the boys but we FaceTime them every night while we play and discuss how everyones day was.

I buy or make pillow covers too. I use those weeds for Fall decor too. It's free. I sprayed them with a matte spray or you can use hair spray to seal them. I recently bought, from Amazon, the realistic flame battery candles. They are programmable, and I set them to come on at 8 p.m., then turn off on their own at 10 p.m. I love them. I love your videos- they evoke a simpler time. For some reason, though, my house always looks a bit dirtier after I watch you clean, dust, mop, vacuum and tidy up your place. I wonder why that is...?
You're not alone when I finish editing my video I think this is how my house at the moment😂 but after finishing with the video and I look around I have to start all over because time didn't freeze 😄 and that's okay once in a while is nice to have a clean tidy home but realistically it doesn't last long and that's normal. I always remind myself if there are millions of legos around it's because my kids play with it and spend less time front of the computer. 😄💗

My comment has nothing to do with cleaning, but something I wanted to share since you cook alot and like bulk foods. Have you heard of Azure Standard? They are a bulk (or not) online buying company. They are located in Oregon. How it works is you order online and then a truck is sent to drop off location (you may be able to pick up yourself if you are close enough)and your group of buyers meet the truck to pick up your items. We order bulk gluten free flours to make mixes, oats, honey, beans, etc. This is an awesome company and we have ordered from them for 10 years. I have been meaning to mention them to ya.
