How to make chicken kebab :
Ingredients (using 250ml cup):
Chicken - 500 gms
Maida - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Chicken masala / Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Egg - 1
lemon - 1/2
salt - 1/2 tbsp or as per the taste
Red food color (Optional)
To Grind:
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves - few

We can marinate for 2hours outside and for 1/2 hours in freezer it will be more crispier.

Take out the chicken when it is 80% cooked, because even after taking it out of the hot oil it continues to cook for 2-3 min due to the heat. Taking it out after it is 100% cooked will overcook it later and make it hard when it's ready to be eaten. It worked for me, hence the recommendation.
