Pretty comprehensive list from my perspective. Probably something I would add would be take the seat off and look at the air box / air filter. How clean that filter is can be an indication of how well the bike was taken care of over time. I also think that a good rough indication of hours on the bike is brassing/scuffing or paint removal on the side of the case and the frame where a boot would rub. Good video.

Years ago I bought a used Kawasaki from a guy that was getting ready to leave the country. When I bought it, his wife wrote "sold as is" on the bill of sale at the very last minute. That should've been a "red flag" but I took the bike home anyway. I later found out that the casing was cracked and had been professionally welded on the inside. I later sold the bike and got my money back.
