Anyone else tired of only seeing Michigan's cleats wall, UGA's weight room, and Alabama & LSU's locker rooms only in these compilations? Why not give us brief montages of the entire facilities instead? I'm assuming SD's rankings are based on the combined facility altogether, are they not? Why not give us clips of the whole facility instead of just the parts they personally liked the most when they took the tour?
P.S: It's all love from me, SD. I'm not hating. I'm just saying, UGA's exterior architecture + spacious interior; LSU's entrance + outside purple and gold lighting scheme; and Alabama's trophy room + recovery rooms were all pretty goddamn amazing last I recall

Y'all need to visit Mizzou. The facilities have come a long way in the last 4 years. Comparable to a lot of what I've seen in this video
I agree. They've done a really good job with the recent renovations in the South Endzone, turning much of it into a practice facility and building an indoor practice facility right next to it. Everything is close together and clean. You can see how it's improved their recruiting both last year and this year. That SEC money really starting to payoff for them

Facilities attract Good players. Good players win football games. People show up to watch teams winning football games and spend money and doing so. That money funds all sorts of projects and facilities campus-wide.

Seeing some of the design plans... It's honestly unbelievable. What always blows my mind is the attention to detail and theming.
Kentucky lol we have the toliet bowl trophy. That's a pretty empty trophy case for football.
Arkansas has nice athletic facilities, but I feel like they could be better being very close to Walmart. Sure they have donated some, but they are the biggest corporation in America.
This needs to be updated ASAP bcuz I’ve just seen a video of Northwestern football facility and for a program that’s not top notch, it’s new football facility is stupendous 👍

Cincinnati was the first but they were just sponsored! Michigan actually had an apparel deal with Jordan making it the first ever! Big difference in being sponsored and having a contract with them

Anybody that watched Rocky 4 knows none of this shit is necessary to be champ. In fact it might hurt you.
Once the players are on the team, a lot of the stuff is unnecessary for athletic performance, but having a great athletic facility will get recruits to choose your school over the others. That’s why Alabama and Georgia get all of the 5 star recruits

And realistically A&M should be top 3. They just dumped 250 million into facilities on top of the 500-600mill they've put into the stadium since joining the SEC.

interesting they skipped over all of Auburn's amenities and only showed the entrance of Auburns facility? It's basically a combo of what was shown for Georgia's workout facility + Alabama locker room, but the coolest most unique area AU has in the new facility is their on-field simulation space which is basically an indoor study virtual study room that allows coaches and players to break down formations and plays of their own or opponents! Players can line up one on one with opposing teams and come face to face with what they're going to see next Saturday... The rooms got a massive screen about 15 feet high and the width of the entire field... the ground is navy blue, but has hashes and yard lines replicating the actual football field..... I've never seen anything like it on the college level.
I would take Mike Gundy's advice. Take the money you would put into these facilities and throw it into NIL.

When did Kentucky ever beat Penn State in the Citrus Bowl? Isn't that what the person said?
It happened in January of 2019. James Franklin has a problem with getting top players to play in bowl games. Massive opt outs contributed in bowl losses to Kentucky, Arkansas, and Old Miss in the Franklin era.

Kentucky didn't beat Penn State in the citrus bowl they beat Iowa in 2022, and then Iowa beat them the following year which was also 2022 according to what I saw because it wasn't a New Year's Day bowl. UF’s athletic department is a whole separate entity from the University. It generates all of its own revenue and for us, FB, MBB, and M baseball pay for every one of the other sports, and they make huge contributions back to the university general fund every year. But UF UAA is a private entity that never receives state funding or any coming over from the universities public budget.
Any other University like UF of similar stature, UGA, UT, OU, UA, etc, is going to be structured similarly.

It’s insane how Phil knight has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Oregon program without even blinking an eye and yet it’s just like he spent only 100 pennies out of having a $100 million dollar net worth. Go Terps. Our football stadium is soon getting a Massive face lift about 250 million worth. Should increase our attendance capacity from just over 54,000 to about 60,000. It will play a HUGE role in recruiting going forward. Maryland is waking up to it’s Football program folks 🐢🫡
