Look, there is nothing that says an ambulance, rescuers, or police have to come to your aid in any set amount of time. There have been numerous health centers and hospitals that have closed since COVID. You, as an adult, must be prepared to save yourself or wait until someone can come to help you.
There is NOTHING that guarantees you to receive help. Nothing.
