What FESTOOL Is Not Telling You.

I have an issue with the Festool sanding pad and now I have to replace it. I replaced it with a Festool 492280 Ets 125 Eq Jetstream Replacement Sanding Pad, Soft, 125mm 5in. The Standard soft replacement pad for general purpose random orbit finish sanding with the ETS 125 or ES 125 sander. Not only does the heat break down the pad, but pulling the sandpaper on and off breaks the little hooks as well. You can get pad protectors ($15 for 2) that go in between the pad and the paper to last even longer. - Chris

You would think there is a more durable material to make the hooks on the pad with. It is annoying as heck to have the sanding disc fall off and whiz across the room!
