seems like the flyers would have to take retain half of sean's salary to trade him

Hands down the worst move Torts did all year.. didn't realize all the injuries that he had too.. they're so secretive.. day to day with the Flyers could also mean you'll never see him in a Flyer uniform again.. absolutely the worst with injuries

I played hockey competively for 14 years. When you get it hurt it sets you back. Especially if the injury prevents you from being able to work out properly etc. Sometimes injuries hit you, nothing you can do about it. Sean will be just fine. He will come back next season healthy and good to go. Tortorella is known for being annoying as fuck, the biggest issue with him is how long it will take for him to lose the room... because it's not if, it's when. He's lost the room with every team he's coached.

First, if it's an injury that can get worse through playing, you sit the guy when he's such an important part of the team. It's as simple as that. Coots is still there for the room. And Coots and Torts have both said they talked about it when Torts scratched him. If he doesn't like it, he and Torts know it and everything about it. Really not our place to know more unless they both want us to know more.
Second, STOP, just stop. Creating things that MAY or MAY NOT be real. Don't be like every other news outlet where you have to make things up to make some news. Just stop already.

These guys are soft. They acknowledge his contract sucks for his play and he wasn't playing well…

Coots played terrible this year id take lyksell over this year coots if its prime coots different conversation

Yes , at this point I would take Lyksell over Coots. We need to face the facts that Coots is on the downside of his career already and with his injuries it’s accelerated. Personal relationships are clouding these guys judgement.
