Mere paas Axis Bank employee ka call aya usne bola aap ka credit card ka limit enhancement hoga 80k ki jagah 1.25 hoga. Usne mujhe Kai details di jeisa video me hei. Fir usne bola ek link de Rahi aap OTP to denge nahi wahin ek new card apply karna hoga. New card sirf apply karna hei activation k pehle limit increase hogi. Meine link ko dhyan se dekha genuine AXIS ki link thi to khola aur details daal kar new card apply Kiya aur 1 week me new card aa gaya. Jab meine unko bola limit increase nahi Hui mei card activate nahi karunga to usne v wahi bola ha wait kijiye hoga.. Par last month bill me automatically card activate ho gaya aur yearly fees lag gaya jab ki cashkaro k thru wahi card lifetime free bata raha tha. To ye ek type ka bank level scam hei jisme officials offer ki jagah paid card issue karwa dete hein. Chalo us card se cashback aa jayega fees wasool ho jayenge par ye wada karna to galat hei na sir..

What if we have disabled the keypad tone already?
Not true. The tones are the same for each number now. IVR works because computer programs can now read digits tapped.
This is not DTMF
IVR can read directly whatever you are typing/entering

Policy bazaar is similar to local agent on call. They get annoyed when you deny their advice. They do miss sell ULIPS. Experience of purchase and claim might be different.
I have purchased policy from them and I can say that there agents clearly try to promote some policies more than other similar policies maybe because they get paid more for it. Also they sort of make mental pressure to force you to buy the policy on the 1st call itself even if you have called to just to get info or solve some query about policy. There agents also hide many things from you just to increase your chances of buying that policy and then you might regret later. Do not yield to them and take your time properly and do your research. All private companies prioritize profit and most govt employees don't gives a sh*t about people's welfare, they just want their pensions and bribes under the table. Each for their own.
Mostly IVR are handled by admin panels where every call report can be generated. The user is shared otp via IVR call will be registered as an text input to admin panel which can be extracted by the server handler and they will able to use the information against you in any possible way.
But how did they come to know about credit card number CVV and other personal details??
Most of the details they will take from you but they won't take your otp (they will say that don't share your otp due to security reasons) sometimes you click photos aur share with anyone that hacked data also they have.

In my case policy bazar was not reliable in claim process and settlement. They are very eager to sell their policies, They will call you actively to sell their policy but are worst while you enquire for claim settlement.
Same kind of issue happened with my friend as well insurance provider was care insurance via policy bazaar. Early or late you will make scam videos on policy bazaar and bank bazaar 😂
Policy Bazaar is the shittest company to exist. Stay away from it. We had to visit insurance company's office 20 times to settle our claim of stolen car, just because policy bazaar did a mistake in the data. On top it, they will leave the customer on their own

IVR application have capability.... so that particular IVR is created in such a way that it expect numbers as input ..... once caller enter anything it sends to the application owner in the backend where they can use it however they want... they use Voice XML to transmit the data in most scenario....
Hi LLA team. My brother has been paying installments of an education loan he has been paying back. But the lender bank isn't showing 2 installments paid in 2021 in its statement even after writing them so many mails, talking to them on phone and even after meeting them personally. While the bank through which funds were transferred to lender bank shows those payments. Please tell me the way how can I resolve this issue with lender bank.

Same thing happening on swiggy dineout. When you book table of a restaurant they'll charge per seat but when you visit the restaurant they'll that is old restaurant and we don't have any booking facility on swiggy. Then they offers you some discount from there end. And even swiggy won't return the table booking amount as mentioned in TnC.

Then how did that scammer get the details? There is a possibility that he entered the details in some fake websites and they leaked the details to scammer but the person said he has never used the card as it is a new one.
It's happened when we hand over our card to other people for transaction. Like in petrol pump food counter and many more. They easily can have all the details. So we must not ever handover our cards to any unknown. @@JoelJohnson24

And lastly i would like to suggest particularly ICICI bank account holders to first check there internet banking or i-Mobile application and verify who is your Relationship Manager then talk to them. All the details of your Relationship Manager under which you map will available there.

I use HDFC bank or 3 baar mera credit card ka limit increase hua hai and every time bank employee calls and ask to update otp via IVR, and 3no time genuine way me mera limit increase hua hai but now I am thinking that how will I distinguish between fraud and genuine bank employee because banks also use the same method.

That yoyo thing happened to my cousin and her husband for whom I booked the hotel. Hotel did not provide any receipt for the extra money they paid, thus yoyo did not reimburse that.
And in my case, hotel straight away refused to give any room, thankfully in this case yoyo actually refunded my money, but it was a hassle to find another hotel in the peak season of a holiday destination.
Never gonna book any yoyo property further.

Please ek master video bnaiye jisme joh freshers hai woh jab apni pehli job join kar rhe hai toh kin baato ka dhyan rakhna hoga, join karte time konsi company policies ka dhyan rakhna hoga, apne CTC ko kese use kar sakte hai, CTC aur IN-HAND mai kya farak hai, konsi baato ka dhyan rakhe ki baad mai ITR file karte time koi dikat na aye, salary ke liye bank mai account kese khulwaye, salary account and normal account mai kya farak hai, bank mai account khulate time hum kya laab utha sakte hai, agar kisi ko google se paise aate hai toh kya woh bhi ITR mai show karna hota hai, konse laws hai joh ek fresher or job person ko pta hone chahiye, konse documnets hone chahiye.
