Here's round 1 of the Star Wars CCG! We're going with the first box ever released, limited edition premiere from 1995. I'm still getting my bearings on this channel bare with me on this and thanks so much for watching! It truly helps!

Thank you for the fun opening. FYI, SWCCG is still played a decent amount. Regional tournaments regularly have 20-40 people. Most big events are through the Player's Committee and you can get the newest virtual cards from there. Thanks for taking me down memory lane. I still have a sealed BB Premiere Booster Box that I haven't opened yet, so glad you did. Maybe you can get that Main Character graded :) I also loved Star Wars, but this game pulled me in deeply... getting to know all the side characters and even characters that didn't make the screen. So much fun. However, we never played with force drains as kids.
I started with this game, as well! This is such a unique game because 18 years after it went out of print, guys are still playing! The Star Wars: CCG Players Committee still produces "virtual cards" - new game text for existing cards - to keep the game alive! I played with a bunch of fellas at in Colorado over the summer... and realized you never really lose that magical feeling of playing a card game you love! ;)

I still have my entire collection of the CCG. I'm pretty sure I have almost every single big ticket card from the first like 4ish sets? I still have my light side and deck side deck both still built from when I was like 14. I loved this game.

SWCCG is pure childhood nostalgia for me. It's a shame you didn't pull a Vader, but Obi-Wan is a good pull, and there some other decent finds in there. Unfortunately with the market price of cards, there's absolutely no reason to open boosters apart from the enjoyment of opening them. That booster box retails around $300 sealed now and you'd have to pull ten Darth Vaders to break even. Unless you want the experience of cracking packs, the best way to collect these days is to buy card lots. That being said I'd love to see you crack some DS2 or Reflections; pure hedonism for sure, but it'd be sweet!

This was my first card game too. Had the exact same effect on me as well. Cool to see people opening these boxes still in 2019-2020

Awsome video brother!!!! Even though im not into the packs you open i always love watching packs being opened if ya know ya i mean!!! I was into sports packs but now that I'm older its fun just seein any pack opened for that one AMAZING card that could be pulled!!!!!
