Will I ever forget this concert! It was a treat for the senses and the soul. Wonderful to know that Rajesh was there, on the stage, with Panditji. Congrats Rajesh!

I learned directly from Padma Mami and Srivatsan sir so my love for KVN mama is the foundation for my Carnatic music. Kumarji is my favorite in Hindustani. Have you heard Mukulji? his son? OH GOD. It's such heartfelt music. Thank you for sharing KVN mama for all the world to hear!

Rag Malkauns by Kumarji is absolutely unparallele. Its beyond the concept that this rag praises Shiv and the notations should express aggression.
Raju Sir...hats off: an amazing video-it shows the personality of Kumarji beyond the unparalleled singing- the importance of tuning tanpura is seen here- he used to twist his cheek when annoyed. The preliminaries of videos teach us a lot. Tai used to say he was a teacher first: Kindly make a compilation- they are most precious and our guide for tomorrow! You are doing a singular service to Music Sir.

he is a too taiyaar tabal maestro but he silently accompanies and adds to gandharva's gift. :)
Tayyari instrument aur dance ke sath dikahte hai not with this style of singing
