180 g honey.
160g butter.
Cook over low heat until it turns golden.
Allow to cool to room temperature.
4 eggs.
60g sugar.
A pinch of salt.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until this consistency is reached.
250 g flour.
40 x 30 cm / 15.5 x 12 inch baking tray.
Bake at 180 °C / 355 °F for 18-20 minutes.
400 ml / 13.5 fl oz cream.
60 g icing sugar.
250g mascarpone.
30 g cocoa cream.
Store in the freezer for 1 hour.

Ficou lindo, só não gostei da textura da massa, parece ficar uma massa solada borrachuda. Eu faria com uma massa de bolo pão de mel tipo uma massa pão de ló, aí sim ficaria top. Mas amo suas receitas 😋😋
