150g sugar.
70g flour.
600 ml milk.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
180 g butter at room temperature.
15 g vanilla sugar.
Beat for 2-3 minutes until the butter is fluffy.
Add the pudding in small portions.
Mix until completely integrated.
400g biscuits.
Mold measures approximately 22 x 16 cm / 8.5 x 6.5 inches.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
