Same lol I’ve come to the conclusion the older carbureted yz250fs are actual trash cus every one I know who has one including me aren’t running and take forever to start
ive got an 06 yz250f and the kickstart is so bad its kick down then up slows 2x the halfway down hit compression lever it goes up and then kick with all your might but there such nice bikes.
How tall do you think you have to be to ride one? I wish someone made a bike in between 85s and 250s. 125s are pointless because their seat height is actually taller than 250s, and plus I want a 4 stroke now 2 strokes aren’t really for me.
Depends on how much you weigh and your height. How much experience do you have. Usually if you're older and weight a decent amount with a little strength a 250f is pretty good to learn on. There's always ttr 230s and crf 233s and other bikes like them.
I wouldn’t recommend it for 1 reason whenever someone tells your there race bike is reliable there lying and when your a beginner and you don’t know much about dirt bikes your better having something that you don’t have to take the whole damn bike apart and fix something after every ride
Super cool video!
'' an old carbeurated dirt bike '': damn I just bought this bike a month ago.......

As long as you’re enjoying it and having fun 👍
@@highsandlows_ yup
Yeah. Bikes worth about $2000+ if it looks decent.
@@Kuhtlass my bike is supposedly worth $2800 as of now
@@zacc4133 yeah, I was putting a minimum amount worth. Your bike would be worth well over that based on the mods and condition of it.

Trey Kirk oh alright I’m 5’6ish without shoes and a inseam if around 30 so I think I have to wait a bit
Adam100A I can ride my 450 fine. I’m 5’6 with no shoes. Just get a lowering link for a bike and you’ll be set
Adam100A Wanna buy my Honda 150R? It is a great bike with a ton of power. I just grew like 4 inches this year so I’m going to a 250.
Ethan Bartholomew I would but I don’t fit comfortably on 150s or 85s anymore.
Sounds like you're lugging the engine too much, that's sorta why it's doing that wobbly sound until you hit the powerband
deniaL four stroke don't have power bands
Alice McCullough yes they do just very smooth and linear
Alice McCullough every engine has a powerband
Alice McCullough it’s called a linear power band
Theirs nothing like a old 2 stroke power band 4 stroke just have consistent power
Nice nike
This is selling on Facebook for two grand and I want to get into riding dirt bikes is it a good beginners?
