- Dagoth Ur breaks down Imperial Gods and Saints. This is focused exclusively on the Imperial Pantheon and not on the Nine Divines. Dagoth has already given too many Sermons on the Nine Divines that you can find on this channel. He is focusing specifically on Pelinal Whitestrake, Saint Alessia, Morihaus, Reman and other gods of Cyrodiil that are not very well known. He maintains his opinion that all of them are false and that he is the only real God. He is very sharp in his criticism of the Nine Divines and the rest of the Imperial Pantheon. Hackdirt and the Deep Ones are also a point of contention for Dagoth Ur.

It's actually a full circle scenario. The madness of Pelinal was a divine madness inflicted by the 8, because while they agreed man needed to have a champion, they didn't want that champion to be capable of being a king(also possibly they were still salty about Lorkhan, and Pelinal being a shezzarine and ruler of man would be a win for him). That same madness disappeared after his fight with Umaril, when he lay dying. Conveniently fitting the time frame, Jyygalag was inflicted with a madness powerful enough to split his mind by his brothers and sisters. All of this culminates in the 4th CoC mantling Pelinal, and freeing Jyggalag from the madness by taking it unto themselves, essentially becoming the maddened version of Pelinal and a Daedric Prince. This concludes my TED talk on why the 4th CoC is a fucking ludicrous character that can't be allowed to just walk around.
Pelinal's only mistake was stopping.

I feel like dagoth ur has a bit of respect for pelinal, he only called him a overpowered n'wah once and even praised him for that one moment when he slaughtered the local house cats.
Although it's very likely that pelinal would try to beat dagoth to death for being a 'knife ear'.
Even if he is N'wah, one has to respect his power. Strong enough to going on conquest and soloing the entire continent.
