  • Cypress TX is hands down one of the best places to live in the entire Houston Area. Cypress TX is a very large area, with tons of amazing amenities and master planned communities. Cypress TX is very family friendly, with access to convenient shopping, parks and restaurants. The Town Lake community in Cypress TX offers a 300 acre private boating lake for its residents. Cypress has the #2 ranked school system in Harris County (all of Houston). This video shows you what you can expect to pay for different homes here in Cypress TX.

Townlakes is nice, but traffic on the South side of 290 is brutal. Bridgeland is also very nice, but a bit further out. Longwood and Cole’s Crossing have the more established neighborhoods without the traffic, but they also don’t have as many activities.
    Good video.

I know this was filmed a while ago but what do you think about Dunham Pointe, which i believe is the last MPC being built in Cypress? Maybe you could do an updated video including this subdivision?

I actually am working with a CZcams client on a home there currently. Great location, not massive, will have nice amenities, and a good range of medium to larger sized homes. Reach out and I can give you more info on it. Cypress schools too which is a huge plus.

Who is the builder of the last higher end home in this video in Bridgeland and do they build in Katy?

When watching your videos, only the vlogs, I don't get any of the voice. I got the music and the click sound effects. I had no problem with the pros/cons video or the map tours. No other videos have this problem for me. Just a heads up.

Thanks for the heads up, my guess is whatever device you are on is only playing out of 1 speaker so it’s not picking up the other audio

Thanks for the reply. Yes, you were right. Left speaker volume was extremely low. Not your problem. Sorry about that.

GOOD BYE Cypress, Texas which is sinking like Venice, Italy per top leading scientists/geologists along with flooding/flash floods one of the leading causes of environmental deaths along with severe heat waves, triple digit high temperatures, severe droughts and horrific hurricanes which can also spawn deadly tornadoes, due to Global Warming/Climate change which is real! And Texas has the most tornadoes of any state per the American Climate Center on average 155 per year! Along with more horrific wildfires in western Texas due to severe droughts which spark deadly wildfires also caused by human negligence! I have a friend who is an award winning PHd geologist who worked for Exxon for years, and lives in the Woodlands, north of Houston! Should listen to those very highly educated geologists!! Better trade your big gas guzzling cars/trucks in for boats now! Scientists on Accuweather have already said, the top leading causes of environmental deaths are 1. intense heat waves/heat related illnesses/strokes etc. and it's not just the elderly who get them! A top athlete age 32 died of a heat stroke a couple of years ago! 2. flash floods which idiots still drive though and 3 deadly storm surges! 'knowledge is power", self-empowerment! The United Nations recently released a CODE RED ALERT forewarning us of dire consequences by 2030, just 8 years from now if we don't ACT NOW! So THINK GREEN, think globally, ACT locally! "If we destroy the environment, we won't have a society"..per the late American cultural anthropologist Margaret Mead in the early/mid 20th century! Your choice! 'There is NO Planet B", obviously! Good luck!! You'll all need it, big time! Nothing like being in DENIAL anti-Science deniers! smdh www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/09/100928122604.ht
