I would personally rate this rendition of the Prayer by these sisters as the greatest duet ever recorded. If you want to see how it all began and to begin to appreciate what Lucy is capable of, try going back to when she was younger. She was already out of this world at 13. No one aged 13 could be so pitch perfect....... But it was when she did Memory at 15 that sealed the deal for me and I realised for sure that this girl was the vocal find of the century. No one has ever had the cards this girl does.
Great reaction to the most angelic singers on the planet. You have 2 choices, you either randomly choose your next Lucy video or you start watching her earliest performances.and slowly come up to date. Every performance of Lucy and also her sister Martha are of course incredible, so you have a great deal to enjoy.
The language is Italian Martha is 5 years 8 months younger she is 12 here Lucy 17.Martha is sitting on a stool to bring her up to lucy's height for the video that's why they are shoot only from the waist up. The song was originally sung by Celine Dion in English and André Bocelli in Italian when they sang it together for a concert they combined it into this version. It' is from a Disney film "Return To Camelot"

I forgot to recommend "Memory" from Cats. My all time favorite song from a musical, and Lucy did it best.
Martha here was just 12 years old and she was sitting on a stool, Lucy was 17 and standing, Martha was quite a bit smaller than Lucy !!! The second language sung was Italian, a second language to Lucy and Martha !! Thanks for the react !! ! Their Mother Louise also sings, where the girls get their talent. See the song SMILE for all three. the only song Mom Louise has recorded with the girls !!
The other Language they sing is Italian, and don't worry about Copyright issues as Lucy and her Records Label are more than happy to allow reactors to spread the word. I've liked both your reactions I've seen of Lucy (and Martha and yes you pronounced it correctly) one suggestion for a reaction though that features these 2 amazing young Ladies is a song called Smile. You will then know where they get their talent from as it also features Mum Louise.
It dosen't get any better!,i believe the girls performed this at Lucy's recent concert in Manchester as Martha joined Lucy on stage for a couple of numbers,Lucy was 20 on the 21st of March,Martha is 5 yrs 8 months younger,next duet,'The climb',& Lucy anything really,but maybe 'A whiter shade of pale',as regards to Martha she isn't looking for a career in singing as she is heavily involved in equestrian with her horse 'Cloud',Lucy is the one to take her singing forward!,she will be appearing in her second major concert in Tokyo in September,then early next year she will be appearing in a new musical 'Rosie'written & produced for her by her mentor Chris Broom of Cavendish records,as you look into Lucy's backlog you will come across a # of origional songs written by Chris broom for the aforementioned musical!,Lucy is a special young lady who if there is any justice will become internationally known in the next few yrs!.😊
Don’t stop just keep going down the Lucy Thomas rabbit hole. You will enjoy every second of it. I would suggest Lucy’s cover of “Evergreen”next. Hi Viyctoriya Great reaction to this beautiful duet by Lucy and Martha I think its the best version ever. Lucy is IMO the best female vocalist in the World today Martha also has a great voice But she does not want to sing as a career she sings duets occasionally with Lucy. Martha is 5 years younger than Lucy so would have been 13. Lucy began singing at 7 received a recording contract at 14 has 6 Albums to date and is due to Star in a musical written for her opening in London next year. You should begin your journey following Lucy at the beginning You have over 70 videos on her Channel. enjoy your journey and we will certainly enjoy it with you Thanks for supporting Lucy.
There are quite a few duets with Martha. Two that come to mind is the climb and what a wonderful world
I have listened to the top 4 covers of the prayer there not even close to this every duet they do is outrageous there's nobody in this planet can sing like them an two lovely girls as well
Go listen to LIFE IN 3D Daura and Daylon Veater do an excellent job also, they are bro/sister and are here on You Tube......

Loved your reaction. Lucy has around 30 covers on CZcams and they are all great. She did one called "listen" when she was around 14. Her voice was powerful back then but "all by myself" will show you how much power she had at 16.

I first heard this song in the animated film "quest for Camelot" as a kid. It's used over an intense action sequence so it always stood out, now it is one of the songs I use to feel peaceful even in chaos.

I believe Lucy was 17 or 18 years old & Martha was 11 or 12 years old when they covered this song, I think there is nearly 6 years between them.the other language you heard was Italian.
