We have cancelled two of the co lines and we would like to change the order of co-lines from 3,4,5,6 to 1,2,3,4 on phones. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the console software there is menu "Flexible button" under the second menu Extension . From there you can easily change or assign co lines on each button
