There are so many different possibilities to configurate to fulfill the customers wishes. It's a shame that Panasonic is getting out of the PBX business. However, one reason for this will be that Panasonic was very far behind in the topics of mobility. Are you working with other Systems? Yeastar is a very good System to replace Panasonic PBX. 3CX is also a good simple System. Greetings from Austria!

Thanks a lot for this. Please I have an issue with a CO line not ringing on the console. Calls to each units of the intercom is working perfectly and ringing out but calls from outside isn't ringing out. It shows that it's ringing on the wireless terminal but it isn't ringing out on the console. All cabling had been double-checked yet, calls from outside isn't ringing on the console.
Hi Michael, good to hear from you . You might have to replace the existing pabx, the call errors you complained about cannot be resolved by software config.
Hello Sir, have you tried testing another configured phone in that spot if no maybe you should try it, if it works it means that particular phone speaker is bad and may need replacement. But if the fault is not from the phone extension kindly check with the pbx machine itself.

To reset the KX-824 to default can be done in two ways:
Button reset found on the mother board,
or software reset using the KX-TE Maintenance Console.
