The interviewer should have went back and forth between english and Japanese a bit more. I know it's not easy but the questions were so far apart and shawn looked bored or lost. They could have at least feed the boy some Japanese snacks in the time he was waiting. Or the interviewer could have interacted with him more the only time he paid attention to him was to ask him a question besides that he was looking at his notepad or the camera.

He was always waiting for the question and he got sooo bored. In German interviews they add a caption sometimes but they're ALWAYS SPEAKING English!! (I speak German)
