It’s amazing how easy it is when you have some huge tools too lift up the dozer, put it in the shop put it up on stands but that’s why you do what you do for a living

I think that you are lucky to have Nathan being keen to work & he is also lucky that he has you to pass on what you know. In time he will be able to either go on his own, stay with you, or move on to another set up.
Keven does go over the top "taking the piss" with Nathan, he doesn't realise it when he is going too far.

Mason, is gaining so so much working with C&C Equipment! I remember in one of the earlier episodes where Clint sent him after some part and he didn't quit get it right. Those days seem to be in way distant past! Congratulations to the entire crew for uplifting and encouraging each other. This truly is a special place to work!
That’s crazy they totally wore out that undercarriage in just 2100hrs. They must have been working in some incredibly abrasive conditions.

Good job mason . Break at front idler put blocks under rear and blade lift machine and walk tracks off back wards. Machine never moves and tracks will. Turn pins and bushings and will get more life out of rails . Not preaching but after 50years love to see guys doing what I was doing out in fields. Keep up with good work.
Reminds me of putting new tracks on an Oliver OC46 crawler about 40 years ago. Long obsolete, we found a guy that had a NOS pair stored in the back of his barn. We worked it over the pit just like you did. We sadly didn't have a Big Mo fork truck.
Keep up the good work Mason 👍, and the only time I've seen an undercarriage with that low hours that tired. Was working in a sandpit, the wet sand was like sandpaper and ate it up fast. Man that needed a complete replacement for Shure.

I'm a diesel mechanic. For many years I used to suffer pain in my arms and the doctors would just hand me a handful of pills and I would throw them in the trash because they couldn't tell me what was wrong.
One day I met up with a medical guy from a gold mine and he laughed when I told him about the pain.
He explained that it was very common with the guys who worked with the rock drills and jackhammer.
I used the big impact wrenches a lot doing tracks and wheels and all the heavy work and the shockwaves going through my arms were causing bruising in the muscles and that was the problem.
I'm watching and remembering 😂
