Because I (Jim Deferio) was holding two signs, I could not video much and it was also very difficult to hold the camera steady.
The crowd became quite vulgar and a police officer had to intervene a few times to keep them from physically assaulting me. Ithaca, NY is full of hateful and dumbed down people.
This was filmed in January? Boy, NY. sure had an easy winter last year. Very nice day for January.

I had four tickets for a concert here in Syracuse on Feb. 9th and we worried we wouldn't be able to make it to the theater just 3 miles away because of the snow and very slippery street conditions. Now it's like spring outside (it was 71 degrees just several days ago).
Btw, several police officers came over to protect us from the "peace, love and understanding" marchers. Several times we thought we would be beaten.
Hey Jim, I just want to know... Do you believe in Global Warming? I realize that this is a very off-topic question, but I'm curious.
Do I believe "in" Global Warming or do I believe that global warming is a current phenomena?
There are climate graphs going back to the 1800s that show cycles in the Earth's ambient temperature and the cycle we were in definitely shows some warming. Of course, since the Ice Age the Earth has been warming, lol.
Does human activity cause global warming? The science is against that hypothesis. Cosmic rays produce cloud cover and the sun is the major factor in cosmic rays bombarding the Earth. Also, water vapor is THE major "greenhouse gas". Plants respire (use oxygen for their biochemical processes) and they produce CO2. There are many other factors. "Instant environmentalists" have turned global warming into a big social/political movement which is based on FEELINGS rather than FACTS. Btw, China is by far releasing the most carbon into the atmosphere (more than double the USA)..

I love FACTS but apparently you are an emotional cripple who loves FEELINGS and LIES. My next door neighbor is an American Indian from Alaska and before him the American Indians who lived there were Onondaga. Ask them!
The facts are that the American Indians were prehistoric (i.e. they lacked writing) and they were stone age (neolithic at best). They lacked the five Primary Industries that are necessary for the secondary and tertiary and what I tern the "unnecessary industries" (e.g. music industry, hospitality industry, recreation industry, "art industry" of museums, shows, etc., entertainment industry, etc.). They were deficient in:
Farming (agriculture)
Forestry (the scientific management of forests)
Fishing (though the NW Am. Indians had some organized fishing industry)
Animal Husbandry
Mining (picking up copper ores in western Upper Peninsula Michigan is NOT mining - besides the Chippewa drove out the original inhabitants who did do some metal work)
There were over 600 American Indian tribes and many were at each others throats and scalps and some engaged in cannibalism and enslaved members of other tribes. Five Southeastern tribes even had black slaves and to this day they are racists against the offspring that the Am. Indians had with these black slaves (even ultra left wing liberal PBS did a documentary about this).
From 600 BC to 1950, about 98% of the world's scientific accomplishments were by Europeans and the descendants of Europeans in America. Facts! Hey, I'm mostly Italian descent but I have to acknowledge that Italy came in 4th among European nations in the number of scientific accomplishments (though Italy did lead the world in music and the arts).
I won't get into the Mound Builders but to claim that the American Indians are "indigenous" or "native" is ridiculous!
