The chassis in the background is Eddie Cheever's 1998 Rachel's Potato Chips Dallara IR8/Oldsmobile Aurora V8 Indy 500-winning car from that year, and is also the first-ever Dallara chassis to win the 500. Cheever was the owner/driver, and his team raced on Goodyear tires until Goodyear withdrew from both the IRL & CART Champ Car series at the end of 1999, leaving Firestone as the lone tire supplier for both open-wheel series. Cheever's '98 500 winner has been owned by the IMS museum for many years, and I'm guessing it's at the factory for some restoration work.
The current chassis has been in around since 2012 with upgrades. Need a new chassis and at least a 2nd manufacturer. Love to see American chassis like Swift or Panoz. Also Penske needs to go. He as not shown that he wants to improve the series.

That’s not a iracing it’s now ruined f1 2022 by EA. With that said Dallara has nothing to do with F1 cars. Horrible research and reporting
they build Haas f1 cars but ok
