The frequency of 111Hz, also known as “Divine frequency” is said to be a “holy” frequency, allowing deepest states of meditation and connecting to higher spheres of consciousness. According to scientific reports, MRI scans have shown that - when listening to 111 Hz - our brain reduces prefrontal cortex activity and slows down the so-called “language center”, inducing a phase at exactly 111 Hz. 1) Define specifically what you want, the ideal scene, 2) Expand your scene with details, 3) Write it down, writing it down changes everything 4) dream building (go look at it, touch it, feel it, make contact), 5) see yourself in possession of what you want to attain and feel now as you would when you've attained it, 6) something you can attain within 6 months to a year, create momentum, 7) write down an objective or goal for 1-3 months, 8) what action step can you take tomorrow, 9) weekly chart or graph your progress

I just went somewhere, my thoughts went out of bounds now and again but I became more aware and prevented escalating them. Then these beautiful people appeared and I began to think because I must have put them in my head but i don’t think I did, they just appeared. They are calm and encouraging but silent. Thank you all for the good wishes. I had to get used to the thick wavy vibrations in this sound. Once I had relaxed into it I imagined swimming with dolphins through and with the sound waves in slow motion. I'm new to meditation so this really helped me calm my mind.

I just want to say THANK you. I woke up last night from a nightmare and was scared to go back to sleep. I actually came across this page by accident…I wanted to go back to sleep and was trying to find ASMR or something. I tell you when I put this on and had the most beautiful, pleasant spiritual type dream and was deeply relaxed. I woke up from it and felt a deep state of calm and peace. I literally smiled I felt so good and slept well the rest of the night/early morning. Was asking my son about 111HTZ (only familiar w 932HTZ) and read your description and mind blown. Now I want to learn more. Thank you so MUCH. You have no idea what this video did for me. 💜💜

@@julianneandrews1356 I'm going to experience this for the first time tomorrow, very excited. I can let you know how it goes if you'd like. I've done my research so I can already answer these for you - how so, it separates you from your ego - the way you currently view things and yourself and your opinions on them, and that allows you to view/face anything you experience from a fresh, almost third-person perspective, which can really put things into perspective and allow you to visualise and understand any thoughts/feelings better. I don't know if this is exactly how it'll go as I haven't tried them yet, though I imagine any deep thought I have I will almost witness another person thinking it instead, or will at least view it from the third person. I've also heard that meditating while on them (which I won't do because I'll be with friends and I'll look weird as hell lol) can really intensify the experience both mentally and with visuals. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for the mental benefits though I'd be lying if I said it was completely therapeutic, I'm also doing it for the new experience and I'm very curious to experience visuals 😂. It isn't dangerous no, the compound in them has a very low toxicity - you'd have to consume an insane amount which you'd never do accidentally (and because it'd be insanely expensive and difficult to consume that many lol) Depending on where you live it may or may not be legal, in which case you'd have to find someone that can help you out, or take a vacation to a place that sells them like Amsterdam and a few others. (If you're American, I think there was talk of making them legal in some states and in Canada if it isn't already?)
@@julianneandrews1356I have had a similar experience but for me it was on lsd. Psychedelic experiences help you explore your mind and that’s what makes it possible. My trip was scary at first, I was being shown my traumas, basically reliving them. This may sound like a bad thing but a very common response to trauma and pain is to try and forget about it and shove it into the back of your mind and that’s what I did, by being in a position where I was forced to face my trauma I learned that by simply seeing what happened and accepting that it happened it brought me peace of mind, it happened and nothing will change that but the trip also taught me that as awful as those experiences were I should take it as a learning process rather than something bad. For example, one of the traumas that I had was because of an ex girlfriend, not going into detail but for years I could only see the situation as something I wish I didn’t have to go through and I wished that I could just forget it ever happened, the trip showed me every detail of that trauma and the events that took place around it, I was able to see everything clearly and rather than seeing and feeling sorrow. Instead I learned that as bad as it was, it happened for a reason. I now see it as “I loved this person and she betrayed me in every way possible but I believe I became a much better person having experienced what it is like to be betrayed and would never wish to cause the same pain to another” I recognised that I wasn’t what people would class as a good person, I was closed minded, I made fun of people for their looks, their personality, their misgivings and their mindset without even realising it. Facing the betrayal and pain I went through helped me to become a much more open minded person, I get along with people I never thought I would get along with down to them being what I called a snowflake or that they just can’t take a joke. I learned words hurt and to never hurt someone like that again. Forgive how long that explanation is, describing a trip and how it changed you is EXTREMELY hard to do but to summarise it I learned that my ex was a horrible person and I let myself be a victim of that for years rather than taking as a lesson that i’m not perfect either and I saw my own issues and corrected them to become a better person (I hope this all makes sense). As for if it’s dangerous, no. With psychedelics the same rules apply as almost everything in life. Too much of a good thing is bad. In moderation psychedelics are a beautiful thing, a learning tool, a tool to truly understand yourself and others, they are not dangerous unless you do it too much, too much psychedelics can make you lose grasp of your reality and basically become schizophrenic. But again that is only if you do it far too much. I would highly recommend trying mushrooms or lsd but start with a low dose as to not scare yourself if it’s too intense. As for getting them it depends on where you live but I personally got them from the dark web. I’m sure you could find a dealer though. I hope this answers all your questions
