Frogbama - My Froggy Foster

So the other night, one of my sweet neighbors called, all bummed out and wanted to know if my tiny Fluval tank was still set up and able to take a new resident. Seems that her prized Koi had discovered the deliciousness of frogs. She came in just in time to see the one frog free itself and go into hiding. One frog was not so lucky and is no more, but this one came over and has settled right in and while I think the tank is too small, a small tank is better than being someones dinner, lol. I'll just have to keep up on water changes.
So this is a Dwarf African Frog, a male, I believe. He has been singing (humming) to me quite a lot. And this morning I came down to find he had moulted. You can see his cast off skin and hear him sing in this short clip. Shortly after capturing this footage, Frogbama ate his skin. I wasn't fast enough to capture that...

+Midwest Gardener Besides his own skin? LOL. They are omnivorous and will also consume detritus. Pretty much, if it looks good and will fit in its mouth, the frog might eat it...
