Ah, lilacs! A happy smell from my childhood. To this day I find it quite difficult to not bury my face in a blooming lilac bush.
Beautiful work, Lisa. This soap would make a person think of springtime flowers without even smelling it.

How lovely! I adore the smell, and look, of Lilacs. My Babcia had a bunch of lilac bushes in her backyard, and we were able to transplant some of them into our yard before she passed. It's such a comforting, nostalgic, uplifting flower.

Aw, I can imagine that it's an amazing plant. My mum's favourite flowers were daffodils, I always buy some in the spring and have them in the house to remember her.
I love your ombre, it turned out just perfect! Sometimes I get a little to heavy with the color at first. I'm learning to just barely add any! I love your little flowers too! Lilac is my favorite springtime smell. How wonderful you've found a FO that doesn't excellerate trace, especially being lilac.

Hey Jill, yes ombres can be funny, I remember as I was pouring this it looked almost white for ages, but in the cut you could see the colour well. I love lilacs too and yes, I was so surprised when I tried this fragrance, expecting it to accelerate (there were no reviews for soap) and it was super slow.

Beautiful representation of lilac blossom my one tree I had in a previous home the flowers were varied pinkish to purple. Oh I loved to pick some to enjoy indoors but it wasn’t a big enough tree.
Ooh yes the pinkish ones are so pretty, we were very luck our bushes were huge, which is why I always called them trees as they seemed like it to me.
I just love this one! And my favorite flower, and smell, is Lilac! I think I may try this...I hope it comes out a tad like yours...you make it look so easy! You are the best! ❤

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Lisa! It's absolutely GORGEOUS!! I have yet tried to do piping! I have all the equipment but I'm scared to even try! What if I'm horrible at it? I don't think I could take that kind of rejection from myself. LOL But alas, you have inspired me yet again! I have the fragrance I want to use as my floral. Just thinking about it now puts a knot in my stomach. 😧 I'll keep ya posted. LOL

Do it. If it looks bad, just scrape it of. But you know what???? I’m pretty sure that it will look quite good. And even if it looks bad, it’s still just soap and will get you clean. 😘❤️
Ooh just have a go, leave the fragrance out of the piping though. You can always do a little practice first on a plate or something before doing it actually on the soap
