Luis Miguel sounds better Live than his records and he improves his voice each year.
If you notice at the beginning he easily transitioned from chest voice to Whistle register which is honestly incredible! Definitely one of the greatest vocalist in Latin American history.

Let me explain what Luis Miguel music is all about. He is all about ambiance. You want a romantic evening, he got ya. Also really good for sorrowful nights when you want to drink and sing your heart out. I feel he has 3 styles of music; Mariachi, Ballad, and Pop. So yeah he is not an artist where you can find all types of genres, but there is a level of constancy which is very well appreciated for which ever ambiance you want to set.

Luis Miguel was born on April 19, 1970, he just turned 48 years old. His mother was Italian, his father was Spanish, he was born in Puerto Rico and naturalized Mexican. It is nicknamed like THE SUN of MEXICO (.El Sol de México). and for those of us who are not mexican, it is the SUN of LATINOAMERICA.
He started singing when he was 11 years old at 12 and gave concerts all over the world at 14 years old at the Festival of Viña del Mar, at 15 years old at the San Remo Festival in Italy and singing in Italian, his mother's language . At 15 years old he wins his first American Grammy.
He has been singing and falling for 36 years with his voice and presence.
It was a couple of years of Mariah Carey.
2018 he is rejuvenated and recovered from an auditory disease that afflicted him and took him a while.
Today, Saturday, June 9, 2018, he arrives at Madison Squere Garden, with all the tickets sold, on his 90 concert tour with his most recent album.
He is the best Latin American singer.

i don’t think you guys know but he had a pretty dramatic childhood. his father was terrible to him & controlled everything during the early years of his career, he would even go as far to sabotage the people luis miguel dated cause he didn’t think the women gave him a good image. during his teen years his mother went missing, it’s assumed that she’s dead but nobody knows what happened to her, it is even speculated it had something to do with luis miguel’s father. he also contributed to luis miguel’s problems with alcohol & other stuff. his father passed away when he was 22, even though they had many problems, the death of his father was extremely harsh on him. i guess you could say he has gone through a lot

Hi guys, nice videos. I just wanted to let you know that Luis Miguel's father was Spaniard, and his Mother was Italian. His father was a singer as well, first he sang flamenco, and then popular music, but wasn't as successful as Luis Miguel.
Luis Miguel nació en Puerto Rico el 18 de abril de 1970 y está nacionalizado mexicano, siendo hijo del cantautor español Luisito Rey y la actriz italiana Marcela Basteri, radicados posteriormente en México. Es el mayor de los tres hijos del matrimonio, y sus hermanos son Alejandro y Sergio. Debido a la profesión de su padre, su familia llegó a México, y posteriormente retornó a sus residenciales, que están en Madrid, España. Desde su niñez se crió ahí, donde estudió hasta quinto grado en la escuela primaria, pues debido a su incursión en los medios artísticos siguió su educación con profesores particulares. Después marchó a México, en donde creció, despegó y triunfó.

There’s a Netflix show based in his life and career. Pretty sad what he overcame. I grew up to his music in the 90s but off course a lot of his personal life was hidden by the media so it’s pretty spectacular his background that was hidden from his audience to protect his career. But apparently the guy was very emotionally battered especially as a young boy with such a huge career in the late 80s... show is worth the watch. Loved the video 👏🏼 great content :)
