    She can teach some of these so-called celebrity chefs how to cook. Laura definitely knows what she's doing. I too love to cook and I especially like seeing people who also enjoy cooking make it so simple. She reminds me of how my buddy's mom cooks.

    I made this dish for dinner tonight and it came out Delishhhhhhhh!!! I didnt find cherry tomatoes so i used diced tomatoes instead and for wine i used savignon blank... Thank you for this amazing recipe 👌👍

    We tried this recipe exactly how the lovely Laurian demonstrated, couldn't get prawns without the shell so couldn't do the stock but the dish turned out great, even better than what you get in the shops. This is going to be my signature dish from now on. Thanks for sharing and I'm gonna be trying more of your recipes. Thanks again.

    I made this dish yesterday laura, AND OMG it was DELICIOUS!!!!! I mixed in about 5 fresh tomatoes and it made the sauce thicker. It was really one of the best thing I ever tasted. This is my new favorite dish!!

    Thank you Laura!! Made a tweeked version of this, due to not having exactly the right ingredients, but it was still amazing!! (Used rum instead of white wine, chick pea pasta instead of linguini, and crushed tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes) her technique helped me make this deliciously, despite not having it all the same

    I made this one today and it's sooooooooooooo awesome!!! I have even tried your chocolate cake and pound cake. All came out perfect and my friends absolutely loved them. Thanks very much, Laura.     I made this for four and I served it with some chickpeas and some tomato&basil bruschettas you have recipes on and a verdolaga salad of my creation. It all was delicious.

    Made this tonight. I used Hunts canned petite chopped tomatoes - the one with the italian spices added. Also a small dice shallot added in with the garlic. SOOOO GOOOD!!

    i agree with you, but try to fry your shrimps in garlic and then season it and add a half teaspoon of cumin powder and caramelize the onion in extra virgin olive oil in other pan , cook the pasta in the shrimp stock :)

    The shrimp broth really makes all the difference! If you can get whole shrimps the head is the best to use for the stock.

    I just made it and it tastes delicious; a slight deviation, I used Bacardi rum instead. I probably should have made more sauce but overall it is great.

    To make shrimp stock, I sautee, garlic, shallots, and the shrimp shells, and then I add white wine to it, and then a little water. It makes a very flavorful shrimp stock.

    Amaazing.. I made this a couple of times and my husband and I love it very much.. I also added sea scallops with it.. I was just wondering whether the 2 pounds of shrimps are 2 pounds before or after peeling them.. Also do should we use the shrimps' heads for the broth? Thanks for all the amazing recipes :)

    Just made this. I used crushed tomatoes didn’t have cherry tomatoes in can. Substituted scallops for shrimp and used red wine outta white then used ziti pasta out of linguine sprinkled with basil no parsley. It wasn’t bad

    It's good to buy shrimps with heads on. Shrimp heads makes awesome stock. Or you can make shrimp head tempura, it tastes better than the body itself.

    Plus you can freeze the shrimp stock and use as a base for clam chowder or boullabaise (sp?) :).
