Recipe and ingredients:
Grate 2 zucchini on a coarse grater
Salt
Mix well and let rest for 15 minutes
Squeeze the zucchini
Cut 2 tomatoes into cubes
4 eggs
Chop the spinach
pepper, garlic powder
Mix well
120g flour
Mix
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil
Add vegetable mixture
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C
Grate 100 g mozzarella
Sprinkle with mozzarella
Cut 1 tomato into slices
Sprinkle with cheese again
Bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180°C
Everything is ready!
