Recipe and ingredients:
Grate 2 zucchini

Salt and stir
Leave on for 15 minutes
Grate 2 potatoes
Fill with water and rinse well
1 onion finely chopped
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes
1 carrot finely chopped
Cover and fry for 5 minutes
2 red peppers finely chopped
Cover and fry for 3-5 minutes
Extract juice from zucchini

Add potatoes to zucchini
Add fried vegetables
300 g canned corn
Finely chop the spring onions
Chop parsley finely
2 eggs
salt pepper

Mix
Grease parchment with vegetable oil

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
Grate 100 g of cheese
Bake for another 5 minutes at 200°C

1 clove of garlic
