It’s crazy living in London seeing how cheap property is up north! Our 4 bed terrace is valued at over 1.4 million ! But this was bought ages ago
can’t believe this is only 1.5 million, but i felt the tour of this house was cut short.
The home was off-putting. The flipper took modern farmhouse to it's darkest iteration. Why? Thanks for showing me what not to do. That's why it was cut short on this tour. Otherwise thank you for your channel.

Fancy seeing this blast from the past here. In a previous role I was the Project Manager responsible for the AV, home automation, lighting control, intercoms and data systems. A great project, build team and really nice client.

No toilet in that massive master suite😳? You can definitely see there is none on camera and you guys wouldn't have missed it for sure being in the room...
it's weird because when you check the floorplan for this property on Fine & Country website, there is one on plan for that master bathroom just on the left going through the door next to the shower...

Lovely house, i liked the design, but there are definitely things i would change.
The main bedroom balcony could be extended right across that flat roof, the seating area under the curved roof feels unecessarily large so i would reduce that and have a big hot tub and motorised projector screen in there and the gardens themselves need a purpose.
If they are to be purely decorative then they need some structuring, with quality, well thought out planting and design.
That rear area also needs work as it feels forgotten about.

Yes, but it’s in the Midlands. Without wishing to be unkind there really isn’t that much demand hence the affordability. Move it to the south and the price would double.

Can’t believe only 1.5 Mill. The exterior is nice but the interior design in some of the rooms is a no, like the brick work and kitchen etc the decor could’ve been bit better, but for the price is not bad.

Minimum wage is £10/hr, so a 5 day week on 12 hour shifts would pay double what you are saying.
That's a luxury property. 6700 sq ft with a nice interior design. Do you think that this is for the average unskilled folk who is working as a slave?! Of course not. Otherwise even as a "worker" it's possible to afford it. I've seen dentist salaries 650 pounds per day!
@@NorbertKaskoTbf even if you made 635 a day u probably couldn’t afford this house. That’s about 230k a year, unless you saved a massive deposit you probably wouldn’t get approved on it. This type of property is beyond the reach of most 9-5 jobs even skilled ones. You’d probably need a business/ investments to afford this.
