I dont know how far you have come on your sit sins or if your even goinng to find this helpful/want to try this.
But when i was learning sit spins my coach told me to start at a pretty lov position so like before you start spinning.
Anyways hope this helps♥
If you don't already get a spinner that's used in ballet and practice off ice .Get that muscle memory going it will make it so much easier to do a sit spin.

No I spin the normal way some of the videos are just inverted!
