- I finally figured out how to make a roller pad that will protect most RV floors. This simple DIY project using items available on Amazon and elsewhere will help you to keep your tile, wood, or vinyl flooring from being scared by the slide rollers. Easy to make, easy to install, and easy to store. *After using them for a while I made a slight modification which isn't shown in the video. The felt adhesive can fail, so I left space to put the fuzzy side of the hook and loop strip directly on the plastic pad. This has been working perfectly.*

Thanks. If the ones I bought don't work, I'll try your solution.
Great to see that you’re back to videos. I used some on the last Arizona trip.
Thanks Swamper. I always appreciate hearing from viewers. Safe travels!
They sell pads on Amazon that I use where my slide rollers come in.
When I looked they were very expensive and much thicker than what Newmar had supplied. Glad that they are working for you.
Thanks a million for the helpful option here. JR New Aire 3543
I'm about to put out an update. I experienced the felt not holding up to the velcro. I cut back the felt and put the fuzzy velcro pad directly on the plastic sheet. I've been testing, and it's holding up well and easy-to-use. Thanks for subscribing!
What is the material? ABS like the original or something else? I don't see the link posted.
Hi Tim, Yes, it's ABS. The link is in the video description. Be sure to read my note regarding cutting back the felt so that you can stick the fuzzy side on the pad. Good luck, and thanks for subscribing.
