The example of the bathroom paint is unbelievable--the change!
Use care when selecting house plants as Devil's Ivy, for example, is toxic to pets. Also, a tip I've used for deciding how to hang wall art is to use paper cut outs of what you want to hang. Makes it easy to try different arrangements and then "hang" these to get the nail holes perfect for the final installation. Thanks for the great video!
Those LEDs seem really fun! I'm not really a TV person but if I was, I feel like it's easy to kind of give up on your TV ever looking cute, and these look like a great way to do something intentional and aesthetically pleasing with them

Shutters are pretty easy to DIY - check-out DIY blinds which are based/made in Melbourne. I had some custom made and delivered within a week for cheaper and quicker than a variety of local quotes. Only difference is I installed them myself which was easy to do and took about an hour.

My favorite advice is... clean up the mess.
So simple, so true.
White furniture are very cool but as soon as you drop your post, keys, magazine, dirty cup it becomes a disaster. I often buy transparent, simple boxes marked in a store as 'fridge organizers' or 'shoe boxes' and use them in all my drawers and cabinets. The initial effort is huge (f.e. finding all your pants, finding YT video about pro folding techniques) but maintenance after is super easy...
The other leap is your mentality. Store things you need. Be critical.
And fixing habits like dropping clothes only in the bathroom. Worst case scenario - only one room gets cluttered.

i actually want to know where you go the bonsai tree behind you, is it fake? im looking for a smallish one for my space that looks realistic so many look very fake
Yes it is fake 😅 There's no natural light in the studio so no real bonsai can survive that unfortunately. Got it at my local hardware store couple years ago but unfortunately can't find them anywhere online.
Any flip/fixer upper/makeover always paint walls in much more lighter colour then before, usually close to white or, where space allows in a very small amount of area in whole percentage of the hoise in a very very dark to make that bold impact but its very risky, because one and the same colour tend to look completely different in a room with different lighting, facing different part of the world (East, West...)...so better avoid this disaster...
