Hi there! Today we compare Edifier S350DB and Logitech G560. Logitech is about 30% cheaper compared with Edifier so it will be interesting to see if higher price of Edifier is justified.
Starting with build quality and features, and already I can say that Edifier justifies its higher price tag. Not only Edifier has more of usefull features (remote control, digital inputs), but also is build up to much higher standart. Enclosures of S350DB are build of MDF and feel very sturdy. Logitech feels much more utilitarian in comparison, with fully platic satellites and less sturdy subwoofer.
Soundwise Edifier is more balanced and detailed speaker across the frequency range. Bass feels more tight and better integrated with the rest of the spectrum, midrange is more natural and detailed and the treble more extended and airy. Overall I think that if You care about audio fidelity and listen to a lot of music, but still want 2.1 speakers for movies and gaming than Edifier is worth the extra price over Logitech. If on the other hand You mostly play games and like the LED backlight feature of Logitech than you may get it and save the money, as G560 is not a bad system at all for that purpose.
What do You think? Which one would be Your choice and why? Let me know in the comments below! Cheers!

    I'm so glad i went with my S2000Dbs over a G560!
I paired my Edifiers with a Jamo Sub250 and its glorious. DON'T get 'Gaming' speakers!!

I just bought G560, and S350 DB were just 20EUR more expensive. Now I discovered this comparison... Well... At least I have fancy lights :) But actually I bought them for playing, I have very good acoustics for music in another room, so actually I am happy with Logitech, but if music was the main goal then I would definitely prefer S350DB. Obviously more "open" sound with better highs. Lack of tweeters has its consequences...

The s350db has the subwoofer as a package which is similar to my s1280dbs and the t5 subwoofer bought separately. When using with a TV at a distance of 8 to 11 feet, the combo sounds quite natural, especially if you adjust the subwoofer volume and crossover to minimize human voice coming out from the subwoofer. The g560 sounds a bit brighter but pleasant with about half the size of the s350db on your desk for 2~3 feet listening distance. Btw, the g560 is even cheaper and need only one power plug.

I own both G560 and S360DB, I must say the S360DB is way way better and worth the price difference, it has much more clarity and sound way more natural, it’s even better if you can tune the mid up just a bit. But in terms of bass, the G560 wins, it’s powerful but tight at the same time, the sub on the S360DB isn’t as tight.
