Many prayers to you. I read a very insightful article on jw.org on the subject of mental health 🥰 www.jw.org/en/library/magazines/g201412/mental-health-disorders/

Huge respect for max. Good on him for speaking and helping others to do the same.
I’ve had mental health problems since 2010 after a bad break up. I have had a lot of support and talking has helped save me.

Hi. Thank you for speaking out. I’m in the middle of writing a book about being Autistic and you made me realise that there’s nothing to be ashamed of putting in my book of what I went through when I was suicidal. Thank you.

Love appreciate the intelligent conversation without a lot of screaming and hollering but just relaxing enjoying looking at your show for the first time at a live in the USA

Fair play to max, this world we are in is so crazy sometimes and as we grow up from kids it’s nothing like we originally expect so having depression should be a normal thing and I hope in the future there is not as much stigma around it In a sense of “ahh get over it you’re life’s fine”. it’s much more than being fine it’s wondering about you’re own existence, what is you’re purpose etc. Never feel ashamed to talk to someone about your feelings. Depression is a silent killer I hope I can some day I can live a normal life again as for me personally it’s started when I turned around 18/19 and I’m nearly 22 now only just starting to speak up about these things to close ones wish I done it sooner as speaking about defo makes it less effective. 👊🏼
