Eating a healthy breakfast can help keep blood sugar healthy and stable. In real life, breakfast foods are convenient and fast breakfast foods. However, many processed breakfast foods are high in carbon, high in sugar, high in calories and high in fat. These breakfasts are not very healthy and cannot be eaten regularly. Eating these breakfasts regularly can affect your health, including blood sugar health.

    自從嚴格實行 168 後,我發現了二件事,似乎 1.糖尿病似乎有逆轉的現象,在家自己量血糖竟然出現 99 數值的情形;2.藥物似乎沒有真正的效果,主要在於自己能不能確實做到168 且能天天持續。 以上是我主觀的感受,實際情況還是得依照醫院檢測為主。

      良心建議168較適合想減瘦的人不適合糖尿病患者,不信的話可以去看專業醫師所說的。

    请问每清早验查糖尿血液時常98 ,94 ,83 ,或101 ,112 ,103 ,時高時低 ,这样情况是否照吃糖尿药? 或停止一两天不吃?請赐教 !

      還是要按時間正常每天吃藥,不能因為測得血糖數值低而停藥。
      你所說的那些數值算是還好的,只要三餐正常份量按時吃藥及每天運動,不亂吃會影響血糖的食物,並聽醫生的話控制血糖。

      不建議擅自停藥 但您的想法 可以跟醫生討論 然後才做決定 ❤️

      吃吃停停怎麼會有效用呢!停藥也要經過醫師的允許方可。
      每三個月我們都會測一次糖化血色素,若無在正常值裡更是不能停藥的,尤其食物的控制及運動是很重要的事。
      要有健康的身體就要好好控制飲食,更是不能大吃大喝油炸及加工食品也要避開,其實還有更多需要注意的地方,所以要聽從專科醫師的話來做改善。

      對的,因為蘇打餅乾是麵粉製造的裡面也有添加油脂進去,也是易造成血糖的波動升降。

    我会在每次扛哑铃重训之前吃一个鸡蛋,吃点面包喝杯牛奶!平时不敢吃太多碳水,也不吃早餐!

      @@miaoeasy 已经第五年不需要早餐了,重训也早已经成了习惯!确实每个人都应有自己最合适的方法并养成习惯,保持健康最重要!

      鮮奶裡面含有乳糖對血糖不利,倒不如喝無糖豆漿還要比牛奶更好更營養。

    那麼拿鐵咖啡不就也不能喝?

      其實咖啡裡也含有碳水化合物多少也會,倘若真的斷不掉糖尿病患最好選擇黑咖啡不加糖的不建議喝拿鐵,一天的杯數也不要超過兩杯。
      至於拿鐵是加了鮮奶進去的,若說是較健康倒不如直接喝鮮奶還更有幫助。

      可以吃一點但是只能吃少不能再像沒有糖尿病時大口吃了。我也是這樣的😂
      不過糖化血色素高的人,還是盡量克制自己等降低下來後再吃一點點。
