It will be quite a while before you are making your own clothing, warm clothes, and shoes. Maybe get 50 of each through the trader just to buy you some time.
Personally I only set 1 worker in the Chicken Coop, then up the quantities of food and water so they never run out while that one person takes a break. You might check all of the boxes and get a variety of chicken foods in stock in case you have a shortage of wheat later. No surprises!
The town is running better, more people available as laborers, essentials are being made again. Good job! 👍

I somehow solved this game, and now I am having an easy time just enlarging my industry to produce more stuff. I recommend making a lot of charcoal and selling to Derkachi.

I start the game after i seen your first video, i like it but i m stuck a bit, i start the game at least 10 times to figure how best place my houses....i have around 110 people in town now the biggest issuie i find is to supply enought resources over winter to animal, most of them die of starvation.....
So far the best tip I can give to you is to do everything exponentially. Don't hold too many animals if you cannot have enough farm fields to produce wheat and other resources. And you cannot have too many fields at this staege either. It is a bit tricky indeed this game and this makes it even more interesting 😁
Yes, make sure that you always have enough food an water stored for the animals. Have enough workers to look after them and overpay them so that they are not tempted to switch jobs. Unattended animals die... fast.
It is a great game in that everything is dependent on something else. But yes you are doing better.
Farm fields. You can re-allocate them to the other farm, concentrating your manpower in one place.
The biggest plus point that you could use from the Town Hall is being able to enable Seasonal Hiring, then you won't have to go around firing and rehiring people by hand.
Yep you will need salt. But for the saltworks you will need stone and to run the saltworks you will need 2 horse or 2 Oxen. I go Oxen. To get them you need a cowshed, and then a diary (milk and cheese) and a slaughterhouse.
Yep that was where I put my church too. And a cemetery and a school nearby... church schools make sense.
You plant a lot of trees, and that is great for the looks, but it does take a forestry worker to go out and plant them.
Chicken coop, you want 2 or 3 people, because 1 may go to rest, 1 might get sick, and it is CRUCIAL that livestock are never left unattended. So have enough workers and pay them extra to keep them working there.
