I have osteopenia. Supposedly jumping and stumping you feet hard suppose to help build bones. That is why I love this video. I emphasis my jumps and feet stumping whenever I can throughout your video. I wish you would do MORE of this kind of video. Your music and steps make me want to come back for more. I love these workouts. BUT can someone out there tell me WHY youtube is messing my videos up with all the interruptions with ads. Why is this happening? Can't it be stopped?

Unfortunately, the only way to not have ads on YT videos is to go Premium.😞
