The FIB building fire that Ryan perished in was absolutely amazingly done. I remember being up there as a paramedic assisting anybody that needed help. The roleplay present was astounding and I wish that you were able to capture it on tape.
This video made me miss Ryan's character. But Sivak had me rolling.
Although I never knew officer Ryan but as a fellow LSPD officer when I heard he didn't make it through surgery and he died it struck my line of police work and When I buy GTA V I'll go to his grave and pay my respects to him and say a few words

Ocean you should have chief officers and the rest of the other COC from fire when you guys get on seen of TC or structure fire you guys should be like car 1 on seen assuming vinewood blvd IC command post on the alpha side then for structure fires if the fire is instance then you should call out for a 3rd or 4th alarm
