Love that this is a female mannequin, I was only trained on male ones and this helped me learn for female patients so much better! Thank you very much :)
Any tips on placing leads on an older woman with sagged and fuller breast ? I don't want to move the breast in any way because when the breast is released, it won't be in the right intercostal space , right ( maybe not ?) ? Or is it ok to move it out of the way before placing the leads? What is consider an artifact and what is a true reading ? thx. A female example is helpful.

"Clouds over grass, smoke over fire" always helped me setup the limb leads fast without thinking. White(RA) green(RL), Black(LA) Red(LL)
V3 goes in-between V2 & V4 on a diagonal. V5 anterior axillary, same horizontal line as V4. V6 Mid-axillary, same horizontal line as V4 & V5
Thank you, 3rd year student nurse here, this is the first time I understood this
v4 v5 v6 seem to be positioned too low, and should be on a horizontal line maintaining the 5th intercostal space
otherwise it's a good video
