Did the application online and it and the picture was accepted and I paid $135 then received an email saying that the picture was cropped wrong and that I would have to go to the passport office and pay to have pictures taken. They took my money and then wanted me to pay for different pictures, I live in Jersey and don't know New York nor do I drive so how can I go over there and get a passport after they had accepted my money online and then there's no way to contact them. I'm very disappointed and sadden by this display of unprofeddionalism 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I applied for a new Jamaican passport from April 2023 and it’s now March 2024😢 & I have still not received the new passport. I sent in the required fee and ALL the required documents then in July 2023 I was told to continue waiting. It is almost a year! I emailed since then on different occasions but I’m getting no response & I need all my original documents returned.

can i use my jamaican grandparents death certificate to apply for my jamaican passport? they were born in Jamaica in the 1920s i,m not sure if i can get hold of their birth certificates..
I send my passport to the home office in the uk and they didn't send it back to me but it is expired can i apply for new one without it? I had a copy of the passport.
Almost perfect video but G section makes ABSOLUTELY no sense...how a notary suppose to know me for 12 months or a child? the application need to be revamped with better explanation or opinions.
I need some clarity on section G and the photographs. Is section G certification referring to documents being notarized by a notary and also is photographs also being certified by same notary. Does the term certification refers to documents being notarized.

Sorry you probably found out already, but certification and notarization are the same thing.

I agree...just call they said cross off the part that makes no sense and notarize the bottom of G only and 1 pic, hope that helps someone.
