- Union and Jordan Brand returned for a second collab, this time on the Air Jordan 4! StockX hooked me up with the "Off Noir" colourway which I'm covering in my latest review! Done in a vintage look, these incorporate a few changes to the traditional look of the Jordan 4 including a stitched down tongue that had the sneaker world in a frenzy, for both good and bad reasons. Thanks for mentioning the sizing and how the Jordan 4 can be a bit snug on the pinky toe bc I’ve always had issues with my right pinky toe hurting all the time and I thought it was just me :) In order to fix the problem, I just decided to replace the insoles with thinner ones and it def helped. Anyways, great review!

I liked both pairs when the images first came out. Flipping the tongue up took them over the edge. However, I think the shoes would be greatly improved if they had the coarse stitching separating the colors at the ankle, and if there was a difference in color between the sole/midsole.
The key to all of my favorite AJ4's is contrast between the sole and midsole.

I think people had to let these shoes grow on them, people really hated them but now like them. They could’ve been better but for what they ended up being, they are fine. And as always, you made these look better with your photos
Stock X without the international fee's is competitive with local sellers like from Ebay for example but with a great deal more selection. Awesome.

Your music is always the best bro. When I cast my screen the family loves it. Not feeling these that much though. The tongue adjustment makes a difference but like you said, something is lacking in the colorway.

Better to have that typically huge Jumpman showing on the tongue, still a pretty different looking pair, the Guava pair can be very eye catching with joggers of particular colours

Taxes and duties are indeed the pain point for Canadian buyers, plus we hafta put up with horrible DHL service(lying about delivery attempt, careless customer care and parcel delay). Please Stockx, choose the other couriers for local delivery when you come to Canada.

Pretty much a black j4 with a yellow sole, so I feel like the guava ice is more unique imo

The only thing I dislike is the sole. Other than that I’d call this a hit
I like the dark uppers more than the Guavas, but that funky pre-aged "vintage now" midsole is *not* it.🤷🏼😐🤦🏼
The tongue up is a must, I agree. I get *why* they come stitched down, but that is that guy's look, not mine.
Again they transparent part needs to be cut out to make like them which I still haven't seen cause I don't have cause when do I ever win a raffle 🤔 but I appreciate the review Go Sean😁

does anyone have experience feeling this shoes a bit tight. or maybe somebody every try to compare this shoes side by side with other AJ 4?
Anyone else get MAJOR pinky toe pain from these? Jordan 4s always have a cramped toe box for me, but it's like the material on the inside of the shoe or something that just kills the sides of my feet. They aren't too small because I have room for days in front of my toes, if I went up another size they'd be too damn long.
Any of the suede AJ4s fit me weird. I got the Raptors TTS and wore them across my living room before putting them back in the box. Need to sell those B's...

Take that yellow stitching off in one piece and re-stitch the top of the tongue after you fold it back up. It's a really clean look.

@@lcrypticl7730 Unfortunately I don't. I just saw someone do it on Instagram. I would imaging you just take a needle and resew the string back through the existing holes at the top, then tie a knot at both ends.
