rough country's parts come with instructions as well as their customer service team can answer questions. to do a "instructional video" on the lofts we do would make them take 3 times longer
We charge $3000 canadian ($2300usd) installed, note on older vehicles installation takes a bit longer but its about a 12-14hr to install. Parts alone in the USA should run about $1199 through Rough Country.

@MR FISH No most American trucks like Ford are made in Mexico. Nissan Titans are more American because it's built in the US.
