      Exactly this. Sometimes I don’t know what to write about in the tasks list, so I just write about my day instead. And 1 self care thing for everyday.

      I just started a mental health bullet journal. I'm not focussing on lists and all because that seems hard and all. So I decided for it to be a monitoring mental health bullet journal.

    I’ve been struggling especially during COVID because every day for me is the same routine. Wake up, go to school, come home, go to sleep, it’s just really exhausting for me. Especially since we can’t go anywhere, and I’m pretty young, so I fear that covid’s gonna last through my teen years. Thanks for uploading this, Pypah, I really needed a refresher. 😊🙏🏾

    I love journaling for mental health, but i didn’t think about making a spread for what i can control or what is and isnt working and I’ll definitely incorporate that into my next Bujo!

    Girl, I needed this so much, amazing how I came here to see what I've missed and come across this video. Today was especially hard for me mental and emotional wise, ive been struggling so much lately and today it hit a peak and I was very seriously in my thoughts if you get me :( I knew I needed to put extra work into myself from now on and Journaling is something that worked for me, THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing these ideas, I honestly can't thank you enough, crazy how something so small means so much to people at just the right times sometimes ya know :)

    ah, what a cute spread. I should do something like this this more often. Also you said paint PENS??? I know of like paint markers like posca and etc. but paint pens sound amazing, I will definitely check that out. Also the journals look so cute!! I might have to plan a "treat myself" splurge on this stuff in the future hehe
