- Yes it was bath time that’s what you can hear in the background. I discuss a very quick way of setting up a board label for various branded consumer units #electrician #brotherprinter #howto #guide
Nicely and thoroughly explained. Thank you for your time and help

Hi,
I been having issues when making patch panel style labels directly on the printer without the app.
If I do a block size of 18.1mm the sizing is out after a few blocks, via the app its correct. (the blocks line up with multiples of 18.1mm)
I logged this issue with brother which was passed onto their development team and state its "working to spec". (I am waiting for an email confirming what the mean)
However the support person said someone else has reported this issue, and stated it worked fine on older firmware (2018ish), which the development team say is not correct.
I am running version 1.25, I was wondering if you had an old version you could test with?
Thank you for the great content as always 👍
Thanks,
Tom
