I remember this show, it was cool, they seemed to have good chemistry in the first two seasons, but it got boring after awhile for me anyway... I liked frank more to be honest. He seemed more genuine 🤷♂️

Honestly the knowledge he was an alcoholic makes me think he might have had some serious issues and caused a lot of grief for the people around him as virtually all substance abusers end up doing eventually. If a tv show series has to keep going because of a contract then the show must go on.with or without the second star present and not knowing when that person is coming back what are the producers of the show supposed to do? Cancel the show? No it keeps going and tries to find fill in people to help with series. Unfortunately recovery took too long and that's why Frank is out . Frank been charged with DUI a couple of time and have been on rehab. He said mike did not reach out to him for 2 years. Mike also have problems from his wife having lymphoma and daughter Charlie’s several surgeries. Mike was down in the dumps also for something he cannot control while Frank was having a drinking problem which aggravated his Crohn’s disease. He expected Mike to reach to him?!! Frank throwing the blame game to everyone except himself.
Mike & Dani have nothing to apologize for and applaud them for taking the high road. Frank absolutely knows why he's no longer on the show and why they feel the way the do but if Frank keeps playing the victim instead of owing it, eventually they will have to respond but he's not gonna like how that's ends for him.

I have a friend who just found out about it when I told him! That was a few days ago. The ratings will decline but not imediately, too many fans of the show have quit watching for the ratings not to reflect that.

It's obvious his addiction was the main issue and had probably been a nuisance until it reached a head. Frank needs to remember that it's Mike's show. It was his idea, his concept and his vision. Frank is lucky he got 12 years out of it. That Cheapskate had 2 DUI's and a rehab stay, so he was totally out of control. During that period of being drunk, he may have burnt way too many bridges by the time he got sober.
I truly think if they've been friends for so many years that they can become friends again. Frank's upset because Mike didn't call him to let him know how he was asking to see how he was doing and that made things worse. In the meantime Mike has his own struggles and maybe over time the past didn't call and made things worse for the relationship. Well yeah, all tv outside of legitimate sporting events are fake. And I have some suspicions about some of those. Every movie is fake but I'm sure you watch some. Question remains "is it entertaining?" For some reason I found this show comforting to watch through some tough emotional times in life back in 2012-2014

There are several episodes where you can see Mike get a look on his face when the little guy spits out a totally ridiculous low number for a item and the person selling the item flat out rejects his BS offer. There are episodes where the sellers won't even deal with Mr Cheap because his low ball offers insulted them. The show is better without him.....good riddance.

There are episodes where the sellers won't even deal with Mr Cheap because his low ball offers insulted them. The show is better without him.....good riddance.
