- Here is the 11th stage of the hero side: Pyramid Cave!
This is quite a difficult challenge to get an A rank in; however, if you are fast enough, collect enough rings, and get a decent time then you will get an A rank.
Score needed: 15000 - Hry
Been watching your A-Rank videos for help but I have to say, this one really helped. I was having troubles with this mission. Got it in 2 First tries after watching. First run I missed some rings and was off by 40 points D=
I didn't know you can get A rank by taking your time in the level by collecting rings and killing enemies, i thought i just wasn't fast enough XD
@@bogymanthedark Same XD as a kid i spent hours and hours trying to get through city escape as fast as possible and didn't understand why i was only getting a C
Good run bud. Even for all its many many many bugs and glitches this is how a sonic game should be made
90% of them are easy to avoid if you're not Darksydephil, Arin Hanson, ProJared, PB&Jeff or IGN.
Stop spreading lies. The game doesn't have "many glitches and bugs". It's perfectly possible to beat the game without encountering any bugs. I beat it and only had 2 small glitches. Sure, my personal experience isn't a representative sample, but neither is yours.
The Dreamcast version is perfectly fine for it's age, and glitches and bugs aren't common. That can be easily verified by several gameplay videos.

This game is 100% a buggy mess. Even on just this stage jumping through all hoops consistantly is annoying

Wow, you`re really good at this! I`m aiming for at least rank B for this stage, but only got D even after so many tries. Maybe it`s because of the keyboard.... I`m using Dolphin emulator not the PC version, and it`s a bit harder to move them around with keyboard. But still this stage is hard to perform good on even without that. A I found those enemies that look like E-1000s to be quite annoying too
In order to A rank this one you have jump through a lot of loops
And yes playing with mouse and keyboard especially with this game on the emulator is quite annoying because you can't really control sensitivity of your movement
If you think the E-1000 enemies are annoying just wait until you get to the levels with Artificial Chaos enemies.....
@@robonaught I`ve finished the whole game and yea artificial chaos are annoying, at least in mech stages for me.
In mech, its just too hard to dodge their attacks while making sure u hit em.
I'd use a controller tbh, it makes it easier imo, but that's up to you (:
I hate this game. Why am I trying to 100% it.
Same the jankiness really does a lot to make this game more frustrating

My favorite sonic adventure 2 stage
Nice mines sky rail and metal harbor
City Escape and radical highway.
This is mine music wise.
Green Forest has to bey favorite, just because of how much thought went into the level to make it fit the theme of "running for your life before the island explodes with you on it."
I hate this one because of grabby ghosts but it would be pretty high ranked if not for those

This stage is quite odd, since going fast will give you at maximum a C, i was way faster than you, but got C, this stage it's meant for getting everything.
Yea I had the same problem, it's hard to know when this game wants you to prioritize time, points or rings.
It feels kinda random sometimes
I'm glad these videos exist because unlocking green hill would SUCK without them
@@air-head3961 most Sonic stages require speed and fast times, and getting over a hundred in rings isn't hard at all, but in pyramid cave you MUST prioritize the points, and not the highest time.
