Great video! My 1999 has had this problem twice now. To help verify it's the starter, i take a hammer or a crow bar and rap firmly on the starter case. Due to a bad winding/ armature resistance issue, most likely, the starter will engage and work just fine for a while until it lands on the bad armature spot again. This tapping technique has prevented me from being stranded more than once. This buys you a little time to get the starter replaced before tapping no longer helps.
Best I have seen so far. Great info on the relay continuity testing. You are a good teacher. Lots of videos are just too much fluff not enough stuff. .
